As a Titleist fitness trainer, I have worked with all levels of golfers, including weekend warriors, competitive golfers, touring professionals, and all levels in between. My job is to help get you physically ready to play this glorious game, regardless of your skill level or handicap. The golf swing, like the human body, is complex. Like any other sport there are physical requirements one must meet in order to make an efficient swing. However, physical limitations often rob us of our potential.
Through a physical assessment we will identify these limitations and create a plan of attack. We can’t know where we want to go until we know where we are. My goal is for you to reach your potential and get the absolute most out of your game so that you can enjoy this game for as long as possible.
